By purchasing any digital product sold on this site (each, a "Product"), you agree to these terms.

Each Product is a downloadable digital publication (PDF and related files) licensed to you, the purchaser, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share a Product or its files with others. All content is the intellectual property of the Seller.
Products are provided "as is", for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and are not recommendations to buy or sell any security.
All data is believed accurate as of its stated date but is not guaranteed; you must verify independently before acting.
The Seller's total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to complete your purchase and deliver your Product.

What we collect: your name, email and payment confirmation, collected during checkout.
Payments: processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card/UPI details — Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security.
Use: your email is used only to send your purchase receipt and, if needed, to provide support or your download. We do not sell your data.
Requests: to access or delete your data, email us at the address above.
Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and runs for every visitor. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to understand traffic and how the site is used — this only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Data We Collect & Your Rights (India's DPDP Act, 2023)

This section explains, in plain language, what personal data this site actually collects, why, and what you can do about it — as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect: your email address is collected whenever you download the free pitch deck, buy a product, or use the purchase library to re-send a download link. If you buy a paid Product, we additionally collect your phone number as part of the Razorpay checkout, since Razorpay requires it to process the payment.
Why we collect it: to deliver the Product you asked for, to keep a record of your purchase in case you need support or a re-send, and — only occasionally — to email you about relevant product updates. We do not use your data for anything beyond this, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it: honestly, there is no fixed deletion schedule built into this system today — we keep purchase and email records for as long as needed to support your purchase and answer requests about it. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, see below.
Your rights & deletion requests: you can ask, at any time, what data we hold about you or ask us to delete it, by emailing this address. We will action reasonable requests within a few business days, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Who else sees it: Razorpay (payment processing) and our email-sending provider (delivering your download and receipts). Both only receive what they need to do their job.
Reviews: if you rate a product, the name you type and what you write are published on that product's page. Your email address is never shown — it is used only to confirm that you actually bought or downloaded the thing you are rating, which is why every review on this site is marked as verified. About a week after a purchase we send one email asking how it went; it carries an unsubscribe line and we do not ask twice. You can have a review of yours removed at any time by emailing this address.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, please read before buying.

As each Product is delivered immediately and irreversibly on payment, all sales are final — there are no refunds or cancellations on digital products.
If your download fails or a file is faulty, email us and we will make sure you receive a working copy — you will never pay for something you didn't receive.
If a duplicate payment ever occurs, the duplicate will be refunded in full to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
